🗓️ The truth about time blocking Now, you might think that blocking out your calendar with everything you have to do is a recipe for panic. But, I actually find it super useful way to manage my tasks and stay on top of my stress.
One of the simplest, yet most effective ways of getting sh** done: time blocking ⏰ 1. When your week starts, write down your 3 "must do" tasks. 2. Estimate how long they'll take. Add 50%. 3. Block off time for each on your calendar. It's not rocket science, but it works.
